"Comfy"

"While the Inn was very clean, the room had a few problems: broken blinds, missing drawer handles, holes in towel, etc. The pictures on line show the gorgeous bar which only opens a few days a week, not when we were there, and the self check-in was a bit tricky as we received the wrong code 2x. Location was fabulous for access to Lake George Village."

"Our family stayed for two nights. The bed was comfortable and staff was friendly. Couple of complaints: door was loud when closing, key card barely worked and water drain was slow. The staff was noted but nothing changed."

"The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice to have on rainy days, but they were unclean and moldy, the lobby smelt like old cigarette smoke, and it was obvious pets were allowed in the hotel. My reservation was lost but that was due to a wifi outage and no one’s fault, they worked hard to accommodate that."

"The rooms are excellent and huge; everything is clean and new. The pool is brand new and clean. You could say it’s a 3-star hotel. This is our second time staying here, and we’ll be back again. Thank you! We loved everything!"

"A very good place if you just need a room right by the village. Nothing super fancy but I knew that going in. Easy access in and out of the village. Very walkable. Friendly staff. I stayed 3 nights and very much enjoyed my time there."

"Even though the room was clean and tidy, I'm only giving it an ok because the wifi was just about worthless. We are from NYC and have T-Mobile and that wasn't working either, so we kind of had to leave the property to send texts and make calls. Other than that, everything was perfectly fine. We could've used a few more towels and an extra blanket, but there was a pretty nice outdoor pool and the AC and TV were good. Overall it was a good value and I would've been giving a good or very good...

"The location was “OK”. Probably a 20-25min walk to downtown. The staff were friendly. The listing advertises breakfast included, but its coffee, juice and granola bars. The pool needs to be updated, and needs more chlorine. The room smelled old and musty with a touch of cigarette smoke. The couches and chairs stained, mattresses sagging, toilet bowl handle broken. Air conditioner full of dust and cob webs. House keeping DOES NOT come, unless you’re there for more than 3 days. I was really...
