"Room had a bit of an odor. Beds were clean. Bathroom was clean but in the morning there were a few ants on the ground. TV's WiFi would not work, and so I had to call front desk and the guy didn't seem surprised, but he was very responsive and immediately came to our room and restarted the DirecTV control box. But even afterwards it would only work for a little bit and then kept cutting out (about every 10 or 20 minutes). And then each time it was a whole process of tinkering and restarting it again for another 10 or 20 minutes of use (each time I had to unplug and replug the box and wait for it to restart and then wait to reconnect to the WiFi--which sometimes it didn't do on its own without further steps by me), and then get back to my Netflix show and then get back to the part of the show where it had cut-out (which the TV app for Netflix did not save at the right place for some reason). And it wasn't just Netflix that would cut out--everything would stop working each time (even just the DirectTV channels). It was very frustrating and tedious. I wouldn't mind that much if it just happened once, but with it happening over and over again it adversely affected our ability to just relax. The DirectTV box was clearly programmed for the hotel (with the hotel's logo). Otherwise a fine place for the price. Mini-fridge was larger than average which was nice . AC worked well and was turned to a good temp when we got into our room. One of our key cards didn't work at all."

"My wife and I really liked this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was good as well. We especially enjoyed the “quiet hours” policy minimizing noise. We slept great and would not hesitate to stay there again."

"This little Bed and Breakfast is in a beautiful location near Moab Utah. If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway this is a good place. It's tucked into a valley a few miles from the Colorado River and about 20 miles from downtown Moab. The area has some amazing views! The host Scott was not on site, but he communicated with us well and made sure we were all set. The next day we were greeted with a home made breakfast on the patio by Marta. Marta was very nice and made us feel right at home. Room was clean and comfortable. No complaints."

"This is a diamond in the rough for sure,the place smelled great,the rooms were immaculate and the manager was so friendly and such a pleasure after a very long drive,exstremly helpful and just warm and welcoming. We will definatly be visiting his establishment again, let me not forget to mention the coffee, ya know on our trip we have noticed most hotels well actually all hotels except this one waters their coffee down and juice im assuming its to make it last longer, but i was so pleased to see his coffee was soo good and strong and the breakfast was hot and everything was just perfect ,the orange juice actually tasted like orange juice and was not watered down.greatful for that.beds are comfy, air works good ,shower pressure great,fluffy towels,they do not cut corners!! 10 stars for this Quality inn"
