"The room wasn't very clean. When first arrived the staff was helpful the smoke alarm wasn't hung up and let the staff know. Got a room with kitchenette and there wasn't any dishes. I got the room because of the kitchenette and didn't use it."

"I liked the hotel for it's location downtown. It's about 2 blocks away from the Uintah Conference Center. Sadly, the hotel/motel is old but very economical. The toilet worked intermittently, the furnishings were basic, it had a TV, served breakfast, and there was a wi-fi for the Internet. There was no pool, no phone, nor a place to exercise"

"The hotel and grounds were very clean. There is a nice pool and hot tub that are open late ! The location is extremely convenient close to downtown but also very close to Canyonlands , Arches and Dead Horse. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. There is a waffle maker that makes waffles in the shape of Texas, weird since Moab is in Utah but still fun !"

"Check in lady was so rude !!! Told me that I should probably cancel my booking and stay somewhere else.. just cause she was in a bad mood. Mind u I had already paid for a two day stay for my son's parents weekend event he had for cmu.. and she put me in a room with no working ac. And it was dirty didnt look clean at all. No towels to shower when I asked her for towels she said there were all out of clean ones. Lol it was a mess. Ill never stay at this hotel ever again ever"

"Great hotel, great staff. The hotel is a bit older, which meant I had to finagle the door a bit at times. Breakfast was good. The wi-fi was good until the hotel was full and had a lot of people on it in the evening. This happened twice, but that was to be expected with Phenomecon in town. The staff was most excellent!"

"It had everything you could ask for.. kitchen w utensils, large fridge, pool w nice pool towels, cute bfast, walk to downtown, quiet and safe 10/10"

"Pros- The location was great. For a motel/Inn the room size was fine. AC unit was fine. Fresh towels daily. Cons- Water pressure was low. Hairs in the sheets. Property was cluttered and not very clean"
