"Due to the brand of hotel, even though the room I paid was quite chip for my night, I still expected a 4* hotel service. It would be good that Expedia says clearly when there is a big security fee ... fortunately the casher/receptionist let me go in the room without the big fee, that I did not have! Shuttle was convenient and the staff waived the fee for us due to no response from the previous day’s inquiries and attempted phone calls.
