Not a good hotel

This kind of hotel is horrible . Even though you are so tired and exhausted already .They will really wait for 2pm to check in(I arrived at 12noon),and to think there is alot of vacant room. And they will not helped if you carry heavy things upon check out. The bedding and pillow case are dirty. And the towels smell stinks. I will not recommend this hotel.

Pro- good Location, friendly staff, rooftop bar and restaurant, nice clean pool. Con- no room refrigerator or safe, older hotel, poor and sorry internet, door locks sticky and difficult to use. Had to have maintenance open the door 3 times. Aircon had no adjustments so had to plug it in or unplug it throughout the stay. Okay hotel with nice staff but for the money there are better in the area

This Hotel for this are is possible the best because it is located across from the Mall and walking distance from The Boulevard (The Beach). Its clean, staff is nice ,security nice. The only bad thing (the most important), is THE WIFI SUCKS!! Its &Horrible. And for some reasin the workers that are located on the floors, talk so much at night and very loud, you hear eveeything in thr rooms, it echos.

価格も手頃でとても良い。いつもこちらのホテルを利用していますが、今回宿泊した部屋の洗面所ですが水の出が悪かったです。後は異臭ですかね。場所は洗面所です。外から帰って入室して異臭がとても気になりました。 良かった点は夕食が美味しいスタッフがフレンドリーで良かった。

It was kind of frustrating, because we were inky allowed to receive guests in the lobby. They were not allowed to come to our rooms. Then it seems that most of the staff prioritize only foreign guests, because there were several instances wherein we were asking fir assistance. But whenever a foreigner comes, they cater their needs first before ours. We paid for the hotel’s services. Meaning we also have means to pay for whatever dues as long as we get the best quality of service.

Wir hatten die Business-Suite gebucht, die ja nicht gerade billig war und im dritten Stock liegt! In der ersten Woche war noch alles in Ordnung, aber in der zweiten Woche, hatten wir dann eine Ratte im Zimmer! Das Personal zeigte keinerlei Interesse, die haben nur den Dreck weggemacht, den die Ratte hinterlassen und dass Loch in der Wand (Versorgungschacht / aus Holz oder Gips) wurde ignoriert. Immerhin zeigte die Rezeption sich überrascht, aber das war es dann auch schon. Wir haben dann selbst Rattenfallen gekauft und gleich in der ersten Nacht haben wir sie erwischt. Das Reinigung personal hat dann am nächsten morgen mit großen Augen und verdutzen Gesichtern, die Falle samt Ratte entsorgt. Vom Hotel keine Entschuldigung, kein Garnichts!
