Not a good hotel
This kind of hotel is horrible . Even though you are so tired and exhausted already .They will really wait for 2pm to check in(I arrived at 12noon),and to think there is alot of vacant room. And they will not helped if you carry heavy things upon check out. The bedding and pillow case are dirty. And the towels smell stinks. I will not recommend this hotel.

Pro- good Location, friendly staff, rooftop bar and restaurant, nice clean pool. Con- no room refrigerator or safe, older hotel, poor and sorry internet, door locks sticky and difficult to use. Had to have maintenance open the door 3 times. Aircon had no adjustments so had to plug it in or unplug it throughout the stay. Okay hotel with nice staff but for the money there are better in the area

The staff was very friendly. What I didn’t like is they don’t change your beddings or towels. No internet. I’d go somewhere else if I knew about this

This Hotel for this are is possible the best because it is located across from the Mall and walking distance from The Boulevard (The Beach). Its clean, staff is nice ,security nice. The only bad thing (the most important), is THE WIFI SUCKS!! Its &Horrible. And for some reasin the workers that are located on the floors, talk so much at night and very loud, you hear eveeything in thr rooms, it echos.

夕食が美味しい
価格も手頃でとても良い。いつもこちらのホテルを利用していますが、今回宿泊した部屋の洗面所ですが水の出が悪かったです。後は異臭ですかね。場所は洗面所です。外から帰って入室して異臭がとても気になりました。 良かった点は夕食が美味しいスタッフがフレンドリーで良かった。

It was kind of frustrating, because we were inky allowed to receive guests in the lobby. They were not allowed to come to our rooms. Then it seems that most of the staff prioritize only foreign guests, because there were several instances wherein we were asking fir assistance. But whenever a foreigner comes, they cater their needs first before ours. We paid for the hotel’s services. Meaning we also have means to pay for whatever dues as long as we get the best quality of service.

Wir hatten die Business-Suite gebucht, die ja nicht gerade billig war und im dritten Stock liegt! In der ersten Woche war noch alles in Ordnung, aber in der zweiten Woche, hatten wir dann eine Ratte im Zimmer! Das Personal zeigte keinerlei Interesse, die haben nur den Dreck weggemacht, den die Ratte hinterlassen und dass Loch in der Wand (Versorgungschacht / aus Holz oder Gips) wurde ignoriert. Immerhin zeigte die Rezeption sich überrascht, aber das war es dann auch schon. Wir haben dann selbst Rattenfallen gekauft und gleich in der ersten Nacht haben wir sie erwischt. Das Reinigung personal hat dann am nächsten morgen mit großen Augen und verdutzen Gesichtern, die Falle samt Ratte entsorgt. Vom Hotel keine Entschuldigung, kein Garnichts!

Walking distance to sunset boulevard, lots of eating places nearby. Free breakfast was okay. No coffee pot in room. Aside from that our stay was good. Staff were pretty much accommodating and friendy.

Needs a lot of improvement
Overall this hotel is quite disappointing. We stayed at this hotel mostly because of the pool, the wifi and the breakfast. However the wifi is incredibly slow the pool is not suitable for children and the food has generally been poor. The rice resembled congee and the food was generally cold and really short on choice. When ordering room service on one occasion we had to wait an hour and it was cold and burnt. The room itself was a let down. It was a lot smaller than we were expecting with no fridge or cooking facilities we couldn't even have a cold drink. There is no child proof lock on the door leading to the balcony and there is a build up of dirt and grime in corners. The staff while polite are not friendly and not particularly helpful. Cleaning of the room had to be requested rather than most hotels where you hang a sign from the door to say cleaning is needed. Overall I feel the bare minimum is done it certainly would be unacceptable in most hotels.

Won't dissapoint
Have made this hotel almost my mainstay while here, and spend multiple weeks at a time here.Wont go to any other due to level of contentment here.

It is conveniently located to restaurants, malls and bus terminal. Free airport service and breakfast. The roof top restaurant for breakfast and evening relaxation was very good. No refrigerator in room.

Sad Excuse for a Modern Hotel
We spent 3 summer nights in 2018 at the C&L Sea View Hotel. Unfortunately, the new hotel had so many unusual problems that we cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, even those traveling on a budget. This was one of the most difficult stays we have experienced in over 30 years of traveling, expectations not met. It appears C&L built this hotel but clearly cut corners on construction costs and forgot to budget for amenities. The worst was all the room's plumbing backed up every day: sink, toilet, and bath. So bad was the room's plumbing that we and our guests had to use the lobby bathroom for most things. Cleared every day when requested or when the maid service cleaned the room, it would plug up instantly. The staff was asked for another room, but could not accommodate us. The air freshener used by the staff was more like a bug spray, which it may have been, making the stay uncomfortable. Towels, although clean, were best compared to coarse sandpaper. Closet doors were frozen shut and could not be opened. The swimming pool is an interesting, exotic design, but the water was cloudy, too filthy for us. There were no tables, chairs, or drawers in the room, and no place to put the luggage other than on the floor. When we asked for these, we received a small round cocktail table and two plastic, outdoor/weatherproof chairs. So if you choose this hotel, we hope you are not as disappointed as we were because the quality of the rooms does not match the marketing.

Great Location
The hotel is at the center of the city, everything you need is within walking distance. Room was comfy. Breakfast always had variety. Beds and pillows were firm. The only thing i missed was a bidet in the toilet.

This hotel is alright for the price, I stayed there before several times and was always satisfied. The breakfast is OK, it was only fried egg and toast for me, I think Filipino guests seem to be satisfied with whats on offer. The only problem is a very weak WiFi. Overall, if I come back to Dipolog I likely will stay in c&L again

In der Beschreibung steht "tägliche Zimmerreinigung" - Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt erst wenn man diese beim Empfang veranlasst. Klimaanlage ging nur Zeitweise, meistens kam lauwarme Luft raus, dass lt. Hotel so in Ordnung ist.

We like the and the location. The WIFI is terrible could not even used our computer to check email let alone for business purposes. Even though we had business suite room. We had requested a refrigerator and hair dryer and office desk and chair. But buffet breakfast is good.
