"Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir ein Zimmer , in dessen Badezimmer der Abluft Ventilator so laut pfiff, dass trotz geschlossener Tür an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Einen Zimmertausch verneinte die Rezeption mit der Begründung das Hotel sei ausgebucht. Nach der dritten Reklamation war dann doch ein Upgrade möglich. Wir finden den Kundenservice fraglich, da keinerlei Kulanz gezeigt wird, obwohl wir angeboten hatten , das Zimmer zu behalten und für die folgenden Tage die Mehrkosten zu...
