"Out stay was fantastic. From the moment we checked in until the time we checked out. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The pool area was obviously my son’s favorite. There was staff cleaning the pools and hot tub, and the areas around, they are always friendly and ask you how you are. "Never stayed off site for our Disney trips, but this was PERFECT. We will be staying here again. Loved the 4 minute walk to Disney Springs, and buses to the parks was easy (and free). Rooms are not "decorated" like onsite but that was not important to us. From our room (DS View) we could see Disney Springs, EPCOT (and fireworks) and Hollywood - that was really cool.
