"Calvin at check in was very nice, personable, Jealousy at the pool bar was very sweet! Hot tubs and pools were very nice. Only down side is that you have to use your room key to go through every door in the place.
Would definitely stay here again!"

"Check in process and parking were very convenient. We stayed here prior to an early flight out of MCO. Our room was comfortable and clean. Great location to the airport! Breakfast was nice before boarding and the dining area was also very clean."

"I went on a mini trip with my son for spring break and we absolutely loved it. Our room and everywhere in the hotel was so clean and they were on top of mopping the floors everywhere we walked. The breakfast was wonderful and had a large variety, we were full until lunchtime every single day. The pool was well maintained and we took advantage of swimming every day we were there. Definitely making this hotel my go-to when we visit Florida again. "

"this is my favorite hotel ever, have stayed here multiple times. however this time my room had several bugs in it, I think the person who stayed in it before didn’t close the balcony door properly. It was tough to get service at the bar, servers seemed to be helping other guests more. it said you could pay for late checkout but when I asked about it they said it was booked.
that being said the resort is beautiful and I always enjoy my time, was just slightly disappointed this time. "

"We stayed here twice in one week, each for only one night before and after our vacation to Jamaica. The check-in took forever as there was a line of people waiting and only 1 hotel staff member checking people in at 5pm which one would expect to be a busy time. They place a $75 hold for the incidentals etc on your card, which is what I paid for the room. The rooms were minimally adequate, bathroom had what looked like magnetic closet doors and didn’t close well and not able to be locked for...
