"The hotel is roomy and beautiful. Bed was comfortable and shower had great pressure. The staff was friendly! Location to Universal Studios is great. Only a few downsides. No free coffee or water (except the 2 small bottles at check in). In room coffee doesn’t look like something that has been used in years. The places to eat at the hotel (or get a coffee) are expensive. Think Universal prices in a hotel setting. The little gift shop was beyond overpriced even for a tourist spot. Overall, it was a great stay."

"Really nice pool, helpful staff, well stocked rooms, comfortable beds. The room smelled a little musty and damp but that is hard to avoid in Florida. Has touches of Disney magic like Mickey waffles and Disney posters, and movies at the pool on the weekends. Conveniently located near a target and 7-11. Would stay again!"
