I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista.
The room assigned to me by the front desk was on the third floor, very far from the main area, and it had constant noise from the highway. The carpet was very dusty, old, and dirty.
The bathtub had standing water and was leaking, with water not draining properly as if it was clogged. The refrigerator was not turned on.
I was not informed about the $10 daily parking fee, which was unexpected.
On the second day, the elevator stopped working, and that night I had to take the stairs because I was not willing to wait for it.
Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and I do not plan to return to this hotel.
