"Won't be staying here again. This hotel had the most confusing layout of any hotel we had ever been to and poor signage to the point I didn't even let my teen walk around by themself. The staff was not very helpful or knowledgable with the exception of Miguel at the front desk who was excellent. The parking garages were so tight and dark and hard to navigate. Positives were the rooms were spacious and nice and the two pool areas (if you can find them) were good. It was very hard to find seating at the water park as many seats cost extra. The kids eat free at Valencia was a nice perk. The marketplace with coffee and ice cream was nice to have as well. Overall the confusingness of the property and poorly trained staff and lack of seating at the water park did not outweigh the good for us. "

"I’ll start with the check in process being horrible the longest lines I’ve seen for a hotel check in. On top of that we asked for pool view. When we checked in we were told they didn’t have any and it was overly booked that weekend. Not my problem! The fee once we paid for the hotel online said we had to pay $40 on the property but we ended up having to pay $80 instead. Once we got our room key we were ALL THE WAY IN THE BACK of the hotel where mind you where ALL construction was going. There was construction everywhere. Had I’ve known all this before we would have NEVER booked here. Also, there were about 2 roaches in our bedroom on the ceiling. For the $$ spent I’m highly disappointed. "
