"Hotel looks recently remodeled but had a lot of issues rolled up together that just made it an unpleasant 4 day stay for me. Biggest was pool was closed/broke and the gentlemen at the counter was very unsympathic. He brushed off customers, told them to go to the other pool Wyndham operated down street but many didnt have cars and it was a 25min walk! Of course the hotel NEVER emailed me prior too so that I could have had the option to change hotels if I desired. I was planning on spending my days at the pool, this was my 4 day reset before I went back home to the 9-5 grind. Other things include the ice machines were broke as well, they sprayed for bugs while I was there so dead bugs started popping up in my room, in the morning I had to wait to shower bc there wasn't enough water pressure for everyone in the hotel, and just weird for me was breakfast was not until 7am...Im used to hotels being 6am or 630am at the lastest (im a morning person). So nothing egregious but with all the issues you'd think they'd offer a discount/comp or even a simple apology but no nothing from the hotel staff. I will say though that despite the dismissive and unsatisfactory service from the hotel staff, the housekeeping staff was extremely helpful and attentive, so kudos to them! Hotel staff do better! Wyndham expect better!"
