"Area was safe. Plenty of parking. Clean room. Perfect air condition. Nice staff. A little disappointed because the shower soap dispenser was broken and there was no soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion and I asked the front desk lady for soap and told me there was no soap and it will be better if I buy my own soap which didn't bother me at all. At the same time, I have to recognized that the TV remote wasn't working and I request service and her and the maintenance guy show to my room in 5...
