"I had to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay. We have enjoyed staying at Reunion Resort for several years but unfortunately, our most recent experience fell far short of our expectations, despite the $69.11 refund provided. We encountered several significant issues.
Pet concerns: My 94 year old mother found two cockroaches in the bathroom. Additionally, as we were leaving for breakfast, we noticed a yellow jacket nest on the ceiling, which we reported to the front desk.

"Had a wonderful stay at Bahama Bay Resort. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The resort itself was beautiful and peaceful, and the location was convenient. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I had a very pleasant and relaxing seven-night stay at this resort. The unit was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, with a separate living room, a full kitchen stocked with dishes and appliances, and a very comfortable king-size bed.
