"Honestly, the resort itself is not clean. The hallways going to our room was so dirty, we took three flights of stairs rather than the elevator because it was so filthy and the floor was falling apart. We wanted to sit and enjoy the nice lounge area by the springs pool bar but there was garbage piled up, the ground had spilled food and drinks everywhere.. it was gross. Trying to reserve your chairs at the water park is a joke. They need to add more to accommodate more. Also not very many umbrellas so the chairs we did get didn’t have umbrellas. On our first night we arrived at 10pm for to our room and we had no blankets or sheets on our beds, our kids were exhausted. We called down three times, our kids were covered up in the beach towels trying to sleep. After the third call I went down to the lobby where the staff member told me we were 5th in line for needing something and it would be a while…at this time it was 1am on our first night.. right off the bat not impressed. We obviously didn’t go get groceries at 10pm when we landed so we just ordered pizzas in, I went to get water out of the fridge and there was a lot of stuff floating in my water so I couldn’t drink it. For the good of the resort, pool areas were fun, longboard bar at the water park was fun the staff down there were great! We loved Shavar and Krystal! Kids loved going to the market to get ice cream. Parking in the parking garage was really convenient and nice too. We made it work, but won’t be back. "

"Room was dated, toilet did not flush well, sink very slow to drain, hot water tap hard to turn. Shower was not cleaned thoroughly, shower head needs the nozzels cleaned although water pressure was good. Staff was excellent, quick to respond. No ice machines and no breakfast. Almost hard to find without gps and no signage on the front of the building. Maybe this room was given due to rate? Not sure but wouldnt stay longer than noght, maybe two."

"The place was huge and very nice but not having a vehicle we had to walk long distances to get to activities and then to get anywhere off the resort we had to uber/lyft because every place was too far away to walk."

"Just back from a four night stay at this hotel with family. I will begin by saying the pool area was very nice! Large clean pool with many loungers, sun shades and good quality clean beach towels. Staff friendly and check in and check out went very smoothly. Lobby area is well presented and clean. Location is great, close to Disney World, restaurants and many amenities. We stayed in a room on the first floor, great for parking your vehicle right in front of your door Condition of our room however was not the best. Room was very dark with limited lighting. Beds are comfortable enough but linens are horrible. Comforters are old and should be upgraded! Huge clumps of filler have accumulated in comforters and am amazed that they are still being used! Not acceptable even for a 3.5 star hotel/resort. Cleanliness of the room could use improvement as well. Floor was filthy. Bathroom was not cleaned daily. We had an issue with the toilet and had to ask the front desk twice for someone to come and look at it. It took over 3 hours for someone to come and fix it! Glassware not changed daily and coffee area not replenished. We had 4 paper cups the first day and then never received anymore. Tray used to hold coffee machine looked like it hadn’t been wiped clean in weeks. Room was large and bathroom is a good size but had a musty smell. Walls super thin. Heard the family next door. I don’t recommend staying at this hotel. "
