"They advertise this resort with photos of the water park but upon checking they told us this was not an included amenity and you must pay extra to go to the water park. The room looks NOTHING like the advertised photos: it’s not filthy but just very old and grungy the main area shows a kitchen area with a living room but it’s just one very small room with the sofa right next to the kitchen area so you cannot use the fold out sofa and the kitchen at the same time. There are no external windows in this main area making it even more of a depressing little hole. There is a room adjoining door, in most places it is a double exterior door offering privacy and security if you are not using the adjoining room. This door is a single interior door with a keyed lock and a huge gap under the door. We could here everything going on in the adjacent room it was a privacy and sound issue at best but as a woman this was a huge security and safety issue some one could easily fit a phone or camera under the massive gap under the single door connecting the rooms and it creates easy access to your room from the other suite. The shower smelled gross and reminded me of cruise ship showers where they reuse the water so it has a bad smell, felt like I was dirtier after my shower than before. We tried to use the in suite washer/drier but it faulted (showing a power fault) and would not finish the cycle or dry anything forcing us to finish rinsing and dry our cloths with a hair dryer. TV didn’t work…."
