"It can be challenging to find a good hotel in Vietnam, Wink delivers on its promises every time. This was my second stay at a wink hotel and while not the cheapest, the peace of mind is worth every penny. The rooms look exactly like the pictures, spotlessly clean, breakfast included both modern Vietnamese and western options. Will stay there any and everytime I'm in Vietnam"

"The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool.
