El hotel está categorizado como 4* en Expedia, y aunque las instalaciones encajan con esa clasificación, el personal y servicio dejan mucho que desear. La persona que nos hizo el check-in apenas hablaba español y aún menos inglés; simplemente nos llevó a nuestra habitación sin casi decir dos palabras. "My husband and I spent our anniversary there and had the time of our lives this place is so nice! We stayed in one of the studio suites and the price was absolutely amazing the owner was at the front desk and was so kind and so helpful I cannot wait to go and visit again we will be going back for sure!!"
