"What a fabulous hotel and resort. I find it hard to fault anything atall. The staff were super efficient and in plentiful supply; the accommodation was lovely (although our terrace lacked a nice view - my only small criticism that can't be helped in any case); the food options were amazing and the pool was top class. "We had a lovely two-night stay. The staff were amazing, always friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful, and although the property is slightly dated, the facilities were great. The food was excellent and varied each day. Our child loved Ollie’s Club with its fun activities and movies. The pools and private beach were perfect for relaxing, and the staff were so accommodating, even giving us a late checkout and buggy rides when it rained. Overall, a wonderful stay! "

"Every was perfect. The place is a little paradise. The staff are very friendly, food amazing and right on the beach with other bars and restaurants. My partner celebrated his birthday here and the restaurant staff went out if their was to make it extra special. Room was spacious and our balcony looked right out onto the beach just perfect "

"This is a great hotel, very well situated opposite Miramar beach and right between Miramar and Donna Paula. The staff were helpful and courteous, the room and facilities were immaculate. The roof top pool is a lovely area to relax with great views and a gentle breeze off the sea. There is also a small but beautifully equipped gym. An overall fantastic stay and highly recommended."

"Great staff, so polite and helpful, and a lovely hotel with easy on-demand shuttle to friendly nearby beach and some excellent restaurants on the doorstep. Beware: there may be a wedding happening if you're staying at the weekend between November to February so it won't be as tranquil as it usually is but they are an amazing sight so enter into the spirit of things!"

"Due to the problem of flights from Jet Airways, our flight took off late by six hours yet. The Hotel welcomed us at around 3 PM in the morning, and we were provided all the required things.
