"The late check in of 4pm and room was still not ready, the concierge did comp us wolf pack package for this, however when room was ready gave us a standard room and we had paid for a premium suite, the lodge had over booked so we were not able to change rooms. Food was overpriced, games are very used and not spread out enough to accommodate all the patrons. The pool and slides saved this trip for us, although at peak times it was very crowded but the swim staff kept it fun."

"Room was clean. Pets were accommodated with a first floor room and pet grass area with bags available. Breakfast was the usual complimentary hot breakfast. Parking seemed like it might be limited, but we actually had no issues finding a parking spot. All good."

"When I pulled into the parking lot, I wasn't sure I was at a hotel since it looks like an old apartment building. It looked a little 1970s run down. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the door. It was very nice with a funky vibe, and it didn't smell like an old hotel. I'm kind of spoiled because I usually stay in 5 stars only hotels.
