"Good location & clean"

"This is a well maintained hotel. We have stayed several time and will continue to do so every time we come into Sherwood park. The hotel is clean and the bed is comfortable (not soft and saggy.). Breakfast is hot and there is a wide variety, and the bacon looks crisp and tastes crisp as well (we have stayed at Wyndhams where the bacon looks crisp but is very rubbery). The location is perfect, close to shopping and restaurants as well as the highway."

"Everything was fantastic EXCEPT we cooked all night as they keep the hotel rooms at 74 and you can not open a window or adjust the settings… we had the worst sleep because it was so hot in the room…. My husband and I both sleep well in cooler environments… but had to keep getting up to put cold water on a face cloth. Unfortunately this will be a deal breaker for future stays ☹️"

"Easy check-in. Helpful staff. Room was okay. Because there's no carpet in the rooms, we could hear people walking above quite noticeably however. Enjoyed having pancakes for breakfast."

"Breakfast was sloppy and I had to argue to get it. The morning staff were not helpful and would discuss why they couldn’t do something, right in front of me whispering which I found non professional. That being said the bar/restaurant staff are amazing and so are the cleaning staff. The beds were some of the best I had ever slept on and the hot tub amenities were so clean that was a set example how all hotels should be. I would definitely stay there again."

"The rooms were excellent stayed a couple of days they were kept clean the pool and hot tub were amazing especially when we were done fighting in our jujitsu tournament it was amazing. The overall experience was amazing and will definitely be coming back when we travel again. The breakfast was amazing best breakfast I have had in a hotel for sure . The staff were super nice and very accommodating. The overall experience was fantastic and made our trip so much better for everyone no grumpy...
