Place was great considering my air b and b cancelled because of a basement flood when I got there. I stayed in a one queen bed standard room. It was nicely renovated. The staff was helpful. The sink water did not smell great but the shower water was fine so not sure what that was about. It said breakfast included but there was no breakfast. With the new renovation, the breakfast was not set up yet. It isn’t the greatest part of town but I never felt unsafe. Parking was great. The cleaning staff came in when requested, however they never wiped anything like the counter or bedside table. I asked them to do so and they made my bed and emptied my garbage. I finally just asked for a cloth to wipe the counter and bed side table. I would stay there again but not for the price they wanted at the front desk. Way cheaper on Expedia.

The staff were incredibly accommodating from check-in to check-out. Their warm hospitality and professionalism truly exceeded my expectations. This is my third time staying at this hotel this year, and every visit has been consistently excellent. The hotel’s cleanliness is outstanding, and the staff always go above and beyond to make every stay comfortable and memorable. A special thanks to the manager Mostaba , who has been exceptionally helpful every time I check in and check out. Their dedication and excellent customer service are truly commendable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, a clean and comfortable stay.

The hotel was fine. Clean. However had people banging at door at 4AM. I talked to the hotel staff in the morning and they were very dismissive. The person who booked the hotel for me tried to call but their phone systems were down, so she wrote to the hotel to see if there was a way to contact security or the front desk at night in the event that it happened again. The GM wrote her back and was very rude. Also the hotel allows smoking rooms and didn't make it clear in the bookings by putting NON smoking. There is no grab and go or continental breakfast which is unfortunate as well.

Nice clean property, got annoyed because a family turned up with about 20 suitcases which were blocking the main access. Room is not cleaned daily so no coffee replacement. Had to ask reception but it took a while to got some extra coffee etc. Also room key stopped working daily which was annoying as I had go down to reception again to get it reset. Good local access to food, drinks.

The property was close to places I had to attend. When they made my bed on the second day they didn’t make it correctly. There was tub caulking on the bottom of the tub. In the bathroom the shampoo, conditioner and body gel bottles weren’t cleaned off from previous patrons.

For starters we had to wait 5 minutes until we can even get into the building because you need key car but if you are checking in you have to wait for staff to open it & when I called the front desk nobody answered & when we were finally let in the staff took 5 minutes before helping us because she was on the phone... in the morning of our check out we were interrupted by someone ealry in the morning trying to or by our door maiking a bunch of noise (sounded like guests that were staying next to our room) & @9:20 the house keeping didnt nock and un locked the room door and tried to walk in but then realized that the top lock didnt let her in then she realized someone was still in the room even though there clearly was DND sign on the door....made me quite upset. Sleep was disrupted twice. Also the shower curtain was absolutely disgusting! & so we're the walls and the door in the bathroom...
