"To be fair, they are now under a major renovation but it was desperately needed - desperately. Rooms were very dated and worn, etc. Much more a holiday inn than a Fairmont. Hopefully the reno fixes things."

"Wanted to spend one last night here before the renovation and had a great time. Beds were comfortable, happy that the sauna was working and the staff in the gold floors lounge were wonderful. Can't wait to visit next year 😊"
