"The staff wasn’t easy to deal with at all to check in. Took me over a half hour to check in and finally get room keys. I also had two rooms booked under my name and that seemed to be an issue - at first they would only let me check in for the first room not both.
I’ve never had trouble checking in at other canaltas or hotels. This canalta was a huge let down and I’ll be trying a different hotel in provost or simply staying in another town close by - these rooms plus the hassle with staff wasn’t...
