hôtel agréable,personnel très efficace. le restaurant, personnel mais débordé par beaucoup de touristes, on s’installe pour manger, tables pas nettoyer et la nourriture n’est pas bonne du tout. on ne sais pas ce que l’on mange rien n’est inscrit.mer innacssecible par rapport à mon handicap.

L'établissement qui nous a reçu est un bon hôtel,malheureusement il étais pas adapté pour nous recevoir dans les conditions attendue,je passerais Les mauvais commentaires nous avons trouvé pour le même prix le même jour une résidence au Palm Djerba. Le personnel de l'établissement et resté à notre écoute en prenant compte de notre demande de ne pas vouloir séjourné dans l'hôtel.

Accueil correct cependant aucune info sur l’organisation de l’hotel .. Jolie chambre avec cependant des rénovations à effectuer .. L’hôtel en lui même est vraiment à remettre en état .. Le gros problème ce sont les repas et le personnels .. les repas ne sont vraiment pas bon et pas varié .. nous avons été malade pendant 1 Semaine .. Les serveurs sont pour certains mals aimables et ont un comportement inadmissible.. Cependant la plage est magnifique et la piscine est plutôt agréable.. Non ne renouvèleront pas l’expérience ..

L’accueil a été plutôt décevant. L’hôtel n’appelle pas le taxi pour le départ, nous devions marcher sur la route et attendre (pas vraiment un 3 étoiles). Les points positifs sont le personnel du restaurant, le personnel d’entretien et les serveurs, l’accès rapide à la plage, la piscine intérieure (il y a 3 belles piscines), la variété des plats, etc.
