"We were very happy with everything but the beds. We liked how conveniently it’s located and everyone was very nice. The room was clean but the beds were too hard. That would be the only reason why we probably won’t go back. "

"We were pleased overall with the property and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Two concerns that we had were the inconvenience of the broken elevator especially with the number of kids and families in the lobby and lounge areas. Secondly we were most disappointed at the ongoing running and playing on each of the floors by the kids that were staying at the hotel. They continued to run through the building late into the evening when most people would be settling down in their rooms....

"The front desk manager was very friendly, and the room was clean and spacious. This went through an update recently, and it was comfortable and a great stay. "

"The room looked cleaned. There was some light wear on the furniture and doors. Hallways, elevators was aged. Lobby and downstairs looks nice. Staff were nice but should be a little more professional around customers."

"I’m the type of person that I don’t like to complain because you never know the type of day that a person was having but my room really wasn’t that clean.when I moved back the sheets it’s like brown things on the sheets. Luckily, I brought a little blanket from home that I put down the elevator was broken."

"I advise future guests to check the area near their room and beware if there are chairs, etc., that would encourage other guests to hang out right outside the room."

"Normally Hilton’s are okay, but this stay was an exception. I was greeted to a bathroom that smelled like someone had had horrible diarrhea, and when I went to wash my hands the soap bottle was empty. Not exactly a great start. Then I went to bed looking forward to sleeping in only to have the alarm clock wake me up at 5:45am. Then there’s the parking. You have to use a QR code. As soon as I stepped out to get the license plate number so I could validate my car there was already a warning...

"Loud construction sounds till late after midnight. Flippant fellow at the front desk, seemed to resent guests. Weird. Save yourself the trouble. Lots of other nicer, less expensive, places to stay in the ares TBH. "

"Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, excellent location to Phoenix Airport and Cubs ballpark. We took advantage of a super discount for a room for a week. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for in that regards. Small closet, well loved couch with huge stain, noisy air conditioner, worn wooden drawers. Only 3 small drawers and very small sink. Friends who have Hyatt loyalty points loved their room. The bed was comfortable though."
