"When we check-in at the hotel, the ladies at the counter weren't helpful at all and it was like they were angry. Later that day we asked for more towels and they didn't send them until we went again at the counter and asked for the towels, a guy gave it to us. The pool was closed due to the monsoon (never rain by the way) and my kids were very disappointed. The toilet in our room was making an annoying all night long."

"My son and I stayed at this location for a quick visit to the Splash land that is just a few minutes away. I was pleased with the check in process and the front desk staff. They were pleasant and helpful. My main concern was the smell of the room. It smelled like body odor and sweat. I didnt want to inconvenience the staff so I went to the nearest grocery store and bought clorox wipes, a febreeze air freshener and a scented candle. That helped a lot and made me more comfortable.
