"Helpful Staff"

"Home2 breakfast has great healthy choices. The property was clean and inviting. The amenities were available and easy access. The room was pretty clean but needs extra TLC with checking the sink and facets for working conditions. My kitchen sink had a plumbing issue and couldn't be resolved until late the next day. Boss and maintenance should be available and responded to these emergencies 24/7. Parking can be improved with providing more available spots for handicap persons on Home2...

"We liked almost everything about this hotel. We stay there every time we go to AZ. It has everything anyone needs. Location, cleanliness, etc. Rooms are big and very clean. The one and only thing that we didn't like was that you have to pay for parking. That was new and might make me look for another hotel. I figure as much as I pay to stay at a hotel for 4-5 nights, eat at their restaurant that is the last thing I should have to pay for. They have a pool that is open till 11 pm although I...

"This is an updated, clean, vibrant and comfortable hotel. It is a good value with convenient covered parking which was important for this particular stay. Lots of breakfast choices for guests in the morning. I would have rated it even higher except we spent the first night in a lower floor room on the tram side of the building. The noise from the gates plus the bells ringing when the tram doors close can be heard throughout the night. The staff did move us for our second night."
