"Always a great time at the Home2!"

"Friends and accommodating staff. Breakfast was good. Light dinner a plus service , free! Room was clean but some corners and nooks in the room and BR noted with dust. Sheets looked clean though doesn’t smell clean Carpet on the floor needs to be removed, this time and age carpets is passe"

"The staff was friendly & have a nice breakfast which included pancakes, yogurt, apples, cereal, sausage, eggs, oatmeal, bagels, toast, juice, milk & coffee. They also had a hot tub, swimming pool & laundry room. The room was spacious & bed was very comfortable."

"The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean. Plenty of parking. The breakfast was somewhat limited, but coffee was great (cappuccino and cafe late machine was available 24 hours.) The hotel was centrally located in Tempe to a lot of our planned activities. Would definitely stay here again."

"First off, the managers was nice. That’s it. The employees were terribly rude. Our refrigerator was leaking, getting my Louie wet and food spoiled. Got moved to another room, after the employee was terribly rude, and asked us to bring all our belongings down at 1 in the morning and get the key. Then take it all back upstairs. Then cutting us off multiple times and not answering us after voicing our concerns. and then moved us to a room that was blocked, with no view, we were there for 4 days....

"No water glasses in room, only electric outlet in bathroom, except 2 usb A outlet, but only one worked. Bathtub did not drain when taking a shower. Only one chair for two people, with a terrible seat. In morning found patch of dried blood on bottom bedsheet, so not sure if they changed the bed from last visitor."

"Beautiful hotel outside of busy Phoenix! Must stay. Love the beautiful rooftop and the pool. Staff were extremely sweet!"

"Just want to say that I believe the man who is the "assistant manager", is doing a fantastic job! We ran out of towels and I was frustrated that our room wasn't cleaned as requested, but he got us towels right away, apologized about the room not being clean yet but explained the house keeping was actually still cleaning rooms (even though it was 3-4pm at this time), and then our room was nicely cleaned when we returned from the pool. I also witnessed the assistant manager helping to clean up,...

"The room was very spacious and well maintained"

"It was a nice clean hotel with a decent breakfast each morning. If you like staying by a big mall, close to the freeway, this is the perfect place."
