"Expedia should’ve told me that this was a long stay hotel. I did not have maid service. There was no ice machine or any kind of beverage you could buy on the premises. I asked for a coffee shop because the coffee in the room did not have any kind of cream with it. They supplied nothing. They told me there was no coffee shops. I found one about a half a mile away. "I would say probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had shower was filthy. There were bedbugs, and they was blood on the sheets. When we tried to receive our security deposit back, they claim that there was damage and they would not return it and we had a whole party of 20 people staying at the hotel ran by a family that does not know what they are doing."

"This is an updated, clean, vibrant and comfortable hotel. It is a good value with convenient covered parking which was important for this particular stay. Lots of breakfast choices for guests in the morning. I would have rated it even higher except we spent the first night in a lower floor room on the tram side of the building. The noise from the gates plus the bells ringing when the tram doors close can be heard throughout the night. The staff did move us for our second night."
