"First time staying and enjoyed it."

"Room was clean and ready at time of check in. We also needed to extend our stay an additional day and they couldn’t give us the same room but did give us a better room at same price as before."

"Room was clean but had a lingering smell. Laundry room was dirty. Stairwell carpets were very dirty. Front desk help was often unavailable and cleaners who were in the area were trying to help with questions. Breakfast ended at 9:00. Due to our late arrival the evening prior, a bit later would have been beneficial for kids who needed more sleep."

"For some reason, they didn’t give me the king size room that I had reserved. No reason nor explanation given - i didn’t know til entering the room. Breakfast at 6:00 wasn’t ready. Oatmeal, pancake mix, hot hings tricked out between 6:00and 6:20."

"I have stayed at Microtel's for years. This was by far the worst maintained that I have ever stayed at. The sheet rock corners were falling off, toilet was stained, room smelled of mold, window opened very hard, tub drain didn't work, carpet had shreds. Most of the night, people were talking loudly in the office waiting room outside my room door. I know one thing for sure, that I will never stay there again."

"the breakfast person didn’t show up but the desk clerk was more than helpful in getting everything we needed for breakfast.He was wonderful . the coffee was great. We have stayed here before. If you plan on doing laundry bring about $6 in quarters because they don’t have any change."

"The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful! My only complaint could be about the birds that were nesting around the entrance and walking around bird droppings."

"The pool area was nice, but the hot tub was cold -- the heater was broken. Breakfast was good - pretty standard for a continental breakfast, but also had gluten-free muffins which were very appreciated by my son who has celiac disease."

"The room is pretty clean, but I overheard a conversation about housekeeping and the help desk person said housekeeping was done around every three weeks or so to the person asking. But that’s for an extended stay, which is still kinda long. Also, I don’t know what they clean with, but pet smells must be hard to get out of the rooms. It doesn’t stink or anything, but doesn’t smell fresh either. Also, I have rarely had everything I need in the room. They are usually missing something. The...

"Clean room Staff excellent Breakfast ok Only thing the recliner was missing a bolt somebody replaced it with a zip tie. Should fix for next time. Everything else is very good thank you"
