"I adore this hotel!! Staff is all pleasant, property is clean and well maintained despite being a little older. The main draw is thier spacious rooms , I booked a standard room and was amazed that it was a 2 story "room" with a bedroom/ bathroom on one floor with a entertainment room upstairs with a kitchen on the side and another full bathroom on the second floor , it was all quiet and comfortable and the extra space made me feel like a queen! 2 heated pools and a wonderful hottub too. "The front desk person, Kerrie was very rude, unhelpful and told us that our room had “a view of the red rocks.” Our view was a wall of another condo. She was rude on arrival and on departure. Left a very bad impression in my husband and I. "
