"Very close to the Forum Metro and easy access to the water/amenities. Car parking available at rear too. Snacks at reception are a useful touch. Polite and helpful staff. Clean and well thought out accommodation and a great solution to spending a few days in beautiful Copenhagen. No noise despite the place being fully booked (we asked on entry) so sleep was great in a comfortable double bed. Thank you! Tak!"

"Whilst the general asthetics of the building were very nice, the shower in the room was not working due to poor maintenance. This was reported on the first day and we were assured it would be fixed by the time we got back to the hotel from sightseeting. This was not the case and again we reported it only to be told that there was no engineer on site and so it would not be fixed before the next day. For a 3 day stay this was simply not acceptable. The room was also not cleaned despite being requested each morning. "

"Wonderful hotel. The staff could not have been any more friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, clean and tasteful. The cozy hour was very popular (as you can imagine), but I can confirm the wines on offer were very good. We had more when we returned from our nights out! Located near the lake, it was a 5 minute walk to a bus stop and 8 minutes to Metro. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby too."
