I am satisfied with almost everything here. The only problem was the curtain of the bathroom. The people working at the reception and the lobby were so kind and helpful. If I visit this city, I will surely choose this hotel.

I came early before check in time, and they arranged my room right away, the room is clean, with tv and comfortable bed, a balcony overlooking Ararat mountain, but what sparks the most is the kindness of the guys in the reception, Mehmet and Faruk, thank you Arart Hotel, I am definetly staying at it again if I visit dogubayezit in the futur.

In the beginning the check-in didn’t look very well. We checked-in in the late afternoon and the room wasn’t ready. But the staff was so welcoming, that we didn’t bother any problems and finally enjoyed the stay.

The first room they gave us was the wrong bed and NOT Mountain View as we had paid for. The second room did not have a mini frig as advertised. It took too long to change rooms the first time so we let it go. The staff were all pleasant. The location is right in town. The free parking is in a garage about a block away. Breakfast was good. Just stayed here one night.

Personal and warm attitude

This was the most warmhearted reception stay I had ever met - it was truly a great experience The manager and the owner met the customers with a personal interest- the hotel had a “almodish” vibe / there were free the and water for the guests 24/7 - the rooms very not renovated but there was all you needed and the price matches what you get - a stay to remember

The staf is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a busy street and parking is a problem. They helped me out very practically with parking my motorcycle safely inside. The Room is what you can expect for this price. breakfast was good.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Sprachen sehr gut Englisch. Durfte mein Motorrad direkt im Eingang abstellen. Der Blick auf den Ararat war sehr gut. Rund um das Hotel gibt es viele Geschäfte und Restaurants. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett sehr bequem.

Otelden çok memnun kaldık. Personel çok kibar ve ilgiliydi, her konuda yardımcı oldular.
