During our stay, we went through an unexpected medical emergency, and the way the staff cared for us was extraordinary. They were compassionate, attentive, and went above and beyond in a way we will never forget. It’s rare to find a place that combines such a great atmosphere with such genuine hospitality. "Property is nice. Handicap accessible. Pool area is nice. One restaurant with limited selection. Breakfast was average. Need more variety. Night staff seems need more training. "

"Overall very good experience. A few things to be aware though... Staff don't speak much English, so get a translator app on your phone (e.g. Google Translator with offline Thai language pack) before you travel. Restaurant closes at 9PM, but there is a great place called Come Moon with live music. Only 5 minutes walk, and it closes at midnight."

"Room was spacious but basic. The cheaper rooms look out into an apartment complex, so you need to keep the curtains drawn unless you want people looking in. Not very pleasant. There is no bar area, but beers and some basic food items are sold at the front desk. There is a 7-11 close by. "
