"Very nice first class hotel conveniently located near the Hauptbahnhof. Excellent included breakfast and super helpful staff. Good base for walking tour of the old town and all of the shops and restaurants on the Konigstrasse. The former president of Germany Angela Merkel was a guest there during our stay."

"Das Hotel ist umgeben von einer Sportakademie. Trotzdem ist das Umfeld sehr ruhig und es gibt über 100 kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. In wenigen Miam Stadion, der Arena und dem Norisring.
Das Hotel präsentiert sich mit einer großzügigen Lobby, das Ambiente und die Mitarbeiter machen einen freundlichen Eindruck. Unser Zimmer war überaus geräumig und verfügte sogar über eine Liebesschaukel.
Die Jungs an der Hotelbar muß man erlebt haben. Perfektion meets Comedy, einfach klasse.

"Laundry, unfortunately, was not convenient. We never could figure out how to operate the machines. We were told to call the number on the wall, no luck with that either. Fortunately if we took tram number 7 going towards the train station there was a laundry mat one stop up and the tram stop right at the laundry mat. So we got clean clothes after all.
When we saw the staff they were always very pleasant.
When we arrived our room was spotless. "
