"Friendly service. Good view because the Hotel is almost on the top of the hill. The server in the restaurant is nice. One morning I rushed to attend the Mass and asked her to pack up my food for later used. Honestly it is not allowed. Once she knew my intention, she was happy to do it for me. I have to say thanks. Furthermore the people working in the reception are also helpful and friendly. Always 😀"

"As important the location and the property cleanliness are, what is most important to me is the human touch. Home, away from home. Couple of words about two staff members, Jose Miguel the kindest person I met so far and Stella who helped me with my cell sim pin number. "Hotel overlooks a lovely castle and Jesuit seminary. Only one other hotel/hostel in the area with nothing else around apart from a religious souvenir shop. Hotel very much in need of up-dating but staff very friendly. We were offered a double room but the twin was bigger if very out-dated. Also no sound-proofing between rooms and en-suites, which definitely need up-dating."

"Read about this hotel before booking and it had good reviews Yes it is on edge of out of town shopping area but bus ride to town is only 1.6euro and takes 10-15 mins bus stop is 2 mins walk Loads of free parking in the hotel car park and around hotel Really nice check in with loads of info Hotel room clean and comfortable and good price booked on line Very good breakfast buffet included in room price Great little hotel out of town We ate in restaurant in shopping centre which was good with some nice shops Would definitely come back to this hotel Lastly all staff were very good and nice"
