Poor room service, they just removed the garbage, beds were a mess always, not much English speaking, some yes, but it was not easy to get around."

"We are so happy we had chosen this place to stay. Everything was smooth and friendly. Rh e room was spacious, the bed were very good and we had good night sleep. The food was very delicious. Every night the dinner was different and even better than the previous one. One should remember to book this option 24 hours before though. The other option for dinner is a la karte. Which is not worse at all, may be a little more costly. The service was superb. This place is a great point to see and enjoy...

We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... We had the same poor experience with food at hotel Konsel. It seems like both hotels in area are aware of being only ones with restaurants and are not bothered about quality of food...It is shame as mountain food has always been the best quality. "
