"This is an old style building and the decor is palace like. The staff are friendly and our room was ready early. The bed was comfortable and the room warm. It was so clean. Bathroom was good. The mini bar was not massively overpriced like most hotels I’ve been to. The only downside for us was some odd plumbing noises in our room at night. We had breakfast included and there was a good selection of hot and cold food and the service was excellent. Nothing was allowed to run out for more...

"The room was generally fine and clean. However, some of the staff came across as arrogant and not very attentive. While they do speak English, they often lack active listening and genuine willingness to help. Additionally, they were unable to provide any information about events in Prague, which significantly detracts from the overall service experience."
