"Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr schönen Lage. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider verstand nicht jeder English, was dir Kommunikation bei spezifischen Fragen etwas schwierig darstellte. Trotz alldem war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Das Frühstück hatte eine übersichtliche Auswahl. Warme Speisen wurde auf Wunsch zum Frühstück ebenfalls serviert. Zum Mittag gabs immer ein kleinen Snack (Suppe+Dessert) und zum Abendessen tischte das Restaurant sein können mit einem drei Gänge Menü...

"We booked apartment in the morning and arrived around 6pm. Owner claimed he did not received any notice form hotels.com and accommodation is not cleaned. He offered us room in another hotel, which was fine. Not recommended for last minute booking, otherwise I can't comment."

"Mama Shelter was great. The staff we're very helpful, the rooms were clean and a decent size. The bar was a nice place to unwind after plenty of walking around Prague during the day. The hotel is well located with easy access to the city on tram or by foot (if you fancy stretching your legs)."
