"Location is great. Immediate beach access with a beach shower station to wash off the sand. Very close to restaurants. Staff is helpful, especially the young lady who checked us in. "Some of the staff was friendly and helpful but some were rude to my wife and daughter. The food is pretty bad and a lot of things didn’t work: an elevator didn’t work one day, the bathroom door doesn’t lock in one of the public restrooms, our A/C didn’t work, and they left the pool area dirty with food on the ground all day. It’s a beautiful view but poorly run."

"Every interaction with hotel staff positive and helpful. Checkin easy and quick, breakfast staff sweet and helpful. We stayed over 4th of July weekend so the hotel was full and busy, but the staff keeping pool area and grounds looking attractive. We had two "ocean view" rooms, but some "ocean views" better than others. I would ask for higher floors and avoid rooms over the pool for less noise and better views. $20 for breakfast buffet a little pricey, but we partook anyway and glad we did. Food...
