"The 9th Floor public area was great to hang out in while waiting to check in, after check out, or while there. There is free coffee and tea and fabulous views of Geneva, mountains, and all the way to the Jet d'Eau. Plenty of places to sit and relax or work. The electronic unlocking takes getting used to, but it works well. I highly recommend this site."

"Nice, clean, modern room, comfortable bed. Smallish size with no sitting space other than on the bed. Easy walk to all types of restaurants and cafes. But like all hotel's I considered, the price was high compared to similar hotels in other cities."

"I liked the clean room plenty of natural light,I liked one of front desk employee the name Jacky tram went extra mile to give me information about the city how to get around in transportation thank to her was much easier to navigate my stay here. What I didn’t liked in the darkness of the corridors even the light was on still very spooky and darkness due to walls in dark also people in the Breakfast were very unfriendly not customers service at all."

"The rooms are clean especially for a three-star hotel. However, the AC in this hotel did not work. We were a large family staying at this hotel and had booked five different rooms. Only one of the rooms had a proper working AC and unfortunately there was a heat wave in Geneva during our stay. It was impossible to get a good night's rest at the hotel. Also, the showers are very small. The location is central, but I would not stay here again, especially for the high cost."

"It’s like a clean crisp bright cheerful & new dorm room meets modern RV style layout. Tiny or compact but very functional and comfortable. Bed was great. Some of the best pillows of our trip and so happy to have AC. Great accessible location."

"Geneva is an extremely expensive country, so I got what I could afford, which was this hostel. But you get what you pay for - in a hostel, people are constantly coming in and out of the rooms. Each floor had one big washroom for women with 3 showers and 2 toilets (only one of which was accessible to everyone). This meant waiting a long time to use the toilet, sometimes. The bathrooms could have been cleaner but I guess that is also part of staying in a hostel, lots of people using them. There...
