"The staff was very courteous, and caring. The breakfast was fantastic, and so was the proximity of the hotel to public transportation. The train station into Geneva and other destinations is less than a minute’s walk. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again, and I recommend it highly. "

"Very basic Inexpensive. You get what you pay for. No coffee maker. No toaster in the kitchen. If you’re on a tight budget then the room will be ok. 2nd “bedroom” is a pullout couch. Do be prepared for that. "

"Barely better than a hostel. Top floor rooms smell like mould, no hot water on upper floors, no A/C before June (even though it was in the mid 20’s), no window screens, just felt like a “sick” building that would be condemned and torn down in my country. In a crappy, dirty, seedy area as well."

"the property was in a superb location. 4 min walk to annemasse station where busses, trams and trains are. and 7 min walk the opposite direction to a tram stop coming directly from Geneva. however google maps will help you out! the hotel was surrounded by lots of food places. the only downside is there is no staff for check in it’s all outside via an AI tool. we did have no issues but for someone not tech savvy this may be difficult. there is a number to ring if anyone struggles."
