"We stayed here after a connecting flight was cancelled and rebooked to the following day. The shuttle comes every 15 min so it was easy to get to and from Ohare. Room was clean. And staff was so kind! Just what we needed after a crazy day of traveling. No complaints!"

"You’d think getting a hotel suite not downtown you’d have free parking but not the case at all. Huge amounts of empty parking lots that are unused but charge you 25 dollars a day to park or walk half a mile."

"For a one night stay, this hotel is okay. It’s a business traveler hotel for the most part. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I somehow found myself stranded at O’Hare overnight again. What turned me off the most about this stay though, is the price gouging for pretty standard amenities. Need WiFi? You’re going to need to fork over $9.99 / day.
