It was all good- with micro and mini fridge would be a good place for people making base to explore the region. We got charged extra $20 for something after our stay- not sure what that was for. Only complaint really.

Book it! Beautiful Stay!!

Fabulous place to stay! Beautiful, well appointed, really loved the complementary champagne!, great location— so close to the main square and a SuperValu across the street, loved the hot tub!, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! There is a car park below which effects the privacy a bit but it is quiet at night which I was great for us. I would very highly recommend The Cliff at the Quay. I wish we booked more days there.

We received proper instructions on how to enter this Boutique Hotel (only 3 suites). The suites are gorgeous and beautifully appointed, including a hot tub on each private balcony. We never met the owner of the property but we highly recommend staying here if you want a unique experience!

The Cliffe is an absolutely amazing property. You have lots of privacy, convenient location. The sea view suite has a beautiful view of the River Eske. Definitely will stay there again when in Donegal.

Absolutely gorgeous suite. The most beautiful property we have stayed at in our two weeks in Ireland and anywhere in the world. Declan and family created an oasis in the heart of Donegal. An absolute gem!

Amazing place! Cute little place that has been remodeled to provide very comfortable and modern rooms. Everything was new and high quality, clean and comfortable, modern and well maintained - but in a cute historic building very close to all the retaurants and sights in town. We had a suite with a separate seating area with a fire place, a deck with a private hot tub (delightful way to end the day!), and a view of the river and a bit of the bay. Lots of tasty dining options in town, and convenient parking tucked behind the building.

What a beautiful apartment right in the centre of Donegal town. Decorated to a very high standard. It has everything you would need. Loved the hot tub looking on to the river. The only thing i disliked was the not so private hottub. A camera is installed on the balcony. Which can probably watch and listen to everything you say or do. This really lets the place down. Cant see why they need this for your safety.

I’ve gone to Ireland over 30 times and This is one of my favorite of all time! The Cliffe Beauty and sophistication, comfort care beyond anything of the average… Especially in Donegal! I could not believe the cost of this place is the same as the hotel choices in the area. I stayed two days at the Abbey hotel and couldn’t stand a third. The Cliffe outdid everything and I will be back. After I tell everyone!! Thank you So so much!
