The property is advertised as having a swimming pool available for residents, but the pool was not in operation during our stay and, from what we were told, had been unavailable for quite some time. "The staff were wonderful but no welcome drink as listing said. Only one coupon free drink for 3 people and have to go to the onwer store at another location to get it. The room have smell when check in. Some broken stuff but did not get fixed properly as bathroom and bedroom lock. The elevator is a nightmare, you maybe have to wait up to 20 mins."

"We booked through Hotels.com and received a contact number to the apartment manager. When I called, I was told that there was no booking and that if I wanted to stay, I would have to pay cash.
