"The hostel was pretty nice itself. The hosts were sweet and helpful. I liked that there snack options that you could pay for. The showers were clean and the water was always hot! There were a couple of unsatisfactory points for me though! 1. There were too many fruit flies in the kitchen and lounge area and they were on everything including the fruits set out for breakfast (and left out after breakfast was over) and the knives used for the toast spreads. It just felt a tad bit unsanitary...

"It's only 10-min walk from Taitung Station, despite of a little far from the downtown (about 10 min scooter-ride). I love the the room clean, very comfortable and soundproofed well! The bathroom is equipped with separate dry-wet area. The host is very kind! Next time, I will still choose to stay at Soft Travel Hostel. Having very great experience there!"

"I stayed in the dorm at this location and it was a great stay. Extremely clean rooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable new beds with individual lights and sockets, free use of hot water, drinking water, fridge, kitchen facilities, towels and hairdryer. The owners were so kind and spoke good english, she was very knowledgeable about the local area and showed me some great cycling trails. "The hostel are conveniently located near the bus terminal which serve the sea and mountain routes as well as intra town route. It's near convenience stores and eateries. The environment is peaceful and the facilities are complete. The hostel provides toiletries, towel and even slippers. Definitely will be coming back again."

"一轉進台東老宿舍的巷子，我就有點後悔了，我只能說它把原本的景觀保留得很好。如果沒住過其它背包客棧，我覺得這樣的價格和服務是合理的，但因為我住過花蓮火車站附近更好的，下次就不會想再住這裡了。 這裡的蚊子有點多，同時因為我傍晚出門後大概12點才回來，我會覺得那邊的燈光有點昏暗，會讓我有點害怕。 優點是小管家人很親切，提供沐浴乳／洗髮精／飲水機／茶包／杯子／公共空間／拖鞋。摩托車和汽車的停車位很足夠。距離鐵花村／台東轉運站／華納威秀都是走路5分鐘就可以到，鐵花路兩端都有全家，買東西也很方便。"

"Five minutes drive/ride to downtown taitung. A family Mart is just few steps away. The room is clean and comfy. The building has elevator. The breakfast is nice, but not enough table to serve and also the toast area, coffee and utensil area are all at the same place, made it pretty crowded. Other than that, it's a great place to stay when you are in taitung."

"很美的裝潢，大人小孩都合適的空間 一樓有wifi,可惜樓上沒有網路 建議吹風機可換風量更強的品牌 民宿有小瓶飲用水，但份量不夠。 建議安裝飲水機 電視是MOD，建議可以多訂閱頻道！ 入住時一樓浴室洗手台有一盆水，比較像是整理到的小地方！ 大致上都不錯，如果是在海邊的話 會更有度假感～～ 整體上都很愉快，下次會想再去！"
