"My stay was so beautiful, check in process was seamless. The lovely Sude at reception was incredibly helpful. She accommodated all my requests and needs very efficiently. I arrived quite early and was offered early check-in. Considering it was my first time in Kotor she helped me with taxis, food orders and activities. I truly enjoyed my time at Casa Collection and look forward to returning in the future. I 100% recommend this accomodation, especially for solo travellers like myself."

"It was pretty hot when we were there and there was only Aircon in the living room and not the bedroom, which wasn't ideal. There are no shutters on the windows, only thin blinds and curtains so we struggled to keep the apartmemt cool. We had one fan and asked for another but it never came. The balcony is also in full sun all afternoon with no shade so was too hot out there to use until the sun went down. The kitchen was ok but only a 2 ring hob so not great for any real cooking. "Cependant très très déçu avec Ebookers!!!! J’ai 📞 aussi parlé avec le manager ( Aron? ) qui parlait très mal anglais!! ( sa langue maternelle était l’espagnol) il nous avait promis de nous rappeler et trouver une solution à notre problème!!!! Rien !!! Il n’a jamais rappelé.
