"Great welcome by Alison , super room with a view to die for ! Lounge area by the log burner was perfect to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. Evening dining was available which was fabulous and very high quality. Breakfast was also excellent made all the more special looking out to the view of the Loch . "We loved the Riverside room. Beautiful view of the river. The room was very clean and comfortable. We slept in so we didn’t get a chance to have the breakfast, but it looked like it was going to be amazing. The host are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even gave us some extra cookies that Brian had made.! "

"I went at the end of season but car park with the hostel was available and easy access. Room was en-suite which I wasn't expecting for a hostel but made the stay so much easier and hospitable. a large group staying there at same time but no noise from them, made an enjoyable stay"

"This was our favourite stay during our road trip around west Scotland The staff were incredibly polite and kind natured The food was amazing ( large portions ) The decor is quirky and charming We stayed in what I could better describe as an apartment more so than a room- stone floors and lovely and clean The staff recommended a walk for us with the kids and it was perfect, alongside the loch, to beaches with incredible views Very nice place indeed "

"This was a great experience. Friendly staff. Indian restaurant was amazing. Great service and will definitely stay again. Things to remember, they don't do breakfast but there are cafes and a hotel across the road for breakfast. The room was clean and well stocked for staying but a little dated. Very comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend this hotel "

"This was my 3rd brief stay.Each time,I have been welcomed & made to feel my visit matters to reception & waiting & bar staff. The room is chosen to protect me from the live music in the bar ,as I have requested .The rooms are very clean even if the carpet is a bit well -trodden.As a woman on my own, I have felt comforted by the friendly & helpful attitudes of everyone i have come across during my stays. It's so handy for the Main St shops & parking has been easy & nearby.Breakfast is generous &...
