"I had some issues with my first room, but I was able to talk to the house keeping supervisor and she was able to accommodate us ina wonderful room so god bless her very professional and knowledgeable, but the front desk staff no hospitality training, unprofessional at one point around 8 pm i call the front desk and no one answered the phone today i tried to make a review and the young lady in the front desk don't know how to answer the phone and refuse to identify her self and kept me on...
