We had a very disappointing experience with this hotel, despite having a fully paid reservation for five nights.
On the first night, our flight was delayed. The hotel called us, and we informed them clearly that we would arrive the next morning instead. When we finally arrived, we were shocked to be told by Israel at the front desk, who was quite haughty and unhelpful, that there was no room available for us.
At that point, my 13-year-old daughter was exhausted from traveling and had no place to rest — she literally had to lie down on the hallway floor while we tried to sort things out. This was completely unacceptable.
The manager, Nadia, eventually told us that we would receive a room after checkout time, but we had to wait around 7 hours before a room was finally given to us. This was after we had already paid in full and had done nothing wrong.
This is the first hotel we booked for this trip, and it was extremely frustrating to discover that they had overbooked their rooms and failed to honor our reservation. While I acknowledge that once we finally had a room everything else was okay, the stress, exhaustion, and lack of care at the beginning of our stay completely overshadowed that.
I would not recommend this hotel based on how they handle overbookings and how little consideration they showed for guests — especially families with children — who had a valid, paid reservation.
